Attention of all international passengers is invited to Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) Notification No.31/2016 - Customs (N. T.) dated 1st March 2016. which provides that only those passengers who come to India and have anything to declare or are carrying dutiable or prohibited goods are required to fill up the Indian Customs Declaration Form and report to the Customs 'Red Channel' Oil arrival. Passengers who have nothing to declare need not till up such form and can pass through the 'Green Channel'. This comes into effect from 1st April 2016. In case any clarification is required. the passengers may approach 'Help Desk', or Customs Public Relations Officer in the arrival hall of NSCBI Airport.
