Attention of, exporters and other stakeholders is drawn to the matter relating -to this Commissionerate where it has been observed that in some the drawback amount could not be credited to exporter's account due to queries pending at the exporter s level and they are technical in nature and pertaining to non-submission of non-availment of CENVAT Credit certificates, Proforma Invoices, Letter of Credit and BRC etc. The replies of some of the queries have been received and the same has been processed at-the 'EDI System. For the early disbursal of the claims the exporters are requested to submit the desired reply to the query raised along with relevant documents as corroborative evidence to the Department at the earliest. A prompt response' from the exporter's end will help in reducing the huge number of queries pending in the System and early disbursal of the pending drawback claims. In case of any. difficulty, exporters may contact to the -Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Drawback Cell, CC(P), W.B., Kolkata.
