OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS NEAR AKASHWANI: NAVRANGPURA: AHMEDABAD 380009 F.No. VIII/48-267/Cus/T/2007 Dated: 23rd October, 2007 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 63/2007 Sub : Daily list of Import/Exports pertaining to ICD, Sabarmati , Ahmedabad and Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad for 2007-2008 Regarding Attention of all the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of Regional Advisory Committee, Importers, Exporters and Custom House Agents Association, is invited to this Commissionerate Public Notice No. 62/2004 dated 23.12.2004, issued from F.No.VIII/48-139/Cus(T)/04 and addendum to the said Public Notice issued vide Public Notice No.44/2005 dated 27.12.2005, regarding Publication of daily lists of Imports and Exports. 2. Attention of all the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of Regional Advisory Committee, Importers, Exporters and Custom House Agents Association, is also invited to following rates for subscribing to the daily list of Import and Export pertaining to ICD, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad and Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad for the year 2007-08 :- No. Monthly Subscription Half yearly Subscription Annual Subscription (a) Daily List of Exports ₹ 1,000/- Rs.6,000/- Rs.12,000/- (b) Daily List of Imports ₹ 1,000/- Rs.6,000/- Rs.12,000/- 3. The subscriptions should be paid by means of demand draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad and should be sent to the address of the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Sabarmati , Ahmedabad and Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad as the case may be. No cheque payment will be accepted 4. The subscription for the full year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2008. Subscription for half year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2007 to 30.9.2007 or 01.10.2007 to 31.03.2008 as the case may be. 5. The Daily List of data for outstation subscribers shall be sent by registered post. Subscription amount once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. The subscribers are requested to indicate the manner of use of the data i.e. whether it is for their personal use or sale/publication or web-site. 6. The following details will be made available in the Daily List Data:- (a) Import Data B/E Date, ITC (HS) Code, Description of the item, Quantity, Assessable Value, Country of Origin, Name of steamers. (b) Export Data S/B Date, ITC (HS) Code, Description of the item, Quantity, FOB Value, Port of Destination, Name of steamers. 7. The provisions in the Notification for issue of Daily Lists is under review by Central Board of Excise Customs. The Daily List data, as hitherto provided may therefore undergo changes, during 2007-2008. 8. All the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of Regional Advisory Committee and Custom House Agents Association are requested to publicise the contents of this Public Notice, amongst their Members/Constituents, for their information and necessary action.
