In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 (a) of the Customs Act, 1962 the premises of Inland Container Deport, Borkhedi, as per limits specified in the Table below, is approved as Customs Area under Section 2 (Il) of the Customs Act, 1962 for the purpose of loading and unloading of Import and Export Cargo. 2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 (b) of the Customs Act, 1962, the limits of the Customs Area at Inland Container Deport, Borkhedi are specified as under: TABLE Total Customs Bonded Area - 15,750 Sq.
