Attention of the Exporters, Customs Brokers and all concerned are invited to this Custom House Public Notice No.65/2016 dated 28.04.2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said Public Notice) prescribing norms for grant of Factory Stuffing Permission (FSP) for factory / warehouse stuffing of export goods and procedure thereof. 2. In order to extend further facilitation to exporters, the Public Notice No. 65/2016 dated 28.04.2016 is hereby amended as follows:- ( i) In the said Public Notice, in the opening line of paragraph 11 (vii), for the word three the word two shall be substituted. ( ii) In the said Public Notice, in the paragraph 11 (vii), for the word Exporter the words Merchant Exporter shall be substituted. ( iii) In the said Public Notice, after the paragraph 11 (vii) (f), the phrase (g) Proof of previous imports, if any, by the exporting entity in the last three years shall be added. ( iv) In the said Public Notice, in the paragraph 13, for the words Additional Commissioner the words Additional Commissioner / Joint Commissioner shall be substituted. 3.
