Attention of the exporters, custom brokers and all concerned are invited to Public Notice No 147/2017 dated 16.11.2017 on subject mentioned above. The Central Board of Excise Customs has amended the original Notification No. 82/2017 Customs (N.T.) dtd. 24th August, 2017 and Notification No. 92/2017 Customs (N.T.) dtd 28th September, 2017 Vide Notification No 119/2017 Custom (N.T.) dated 28th December, 2017 and extended the effective date from 1st January 2018 to 15th January 2018 for reorganization of Customs formation. In view of the above, amendment para no. 6(iii) of the Public Notice No 147/2017 dated 16.11.2017 , issued by the Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, Nhava Sheva, wherein the procedure for obtaining self-sealing has been described, has been extended upto 15th January, 2018. Difficulties faced, if any, in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs FSP Cell, JNCH, Nhava Sheva, immediately.
