ORDER By the Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad Dated the 15th November, 2017 Order No. 10/2017-GST No.GSL/RLE-120A/B.12 Subject: Extension of time limit for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the Gujarat Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 120A of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 , on the recommendations of the Council, and in supersession of Order No. 08/2017-GST dated 31st October, 2017 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supercession, the period for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 is extended till December, 2017.
