No. 4 which finds mention in this office order of even number dated 31.08.2016 on the subject of Delegation of Powers vested in Commissioner VAT, may be read/ interpreted, in sync of SI. No. 2 3 of the said order meaning thereby that like Sl. No. 2 3, AVATO/VATO shall issue refund order of more than ₹ 1 crore after obtaining the prior approval of the committee comprising of Special Commissioner- I, II III, with Special Commissioner -I, being the Chairman of the Committee.
