Introduction of e-Way Bill system on inter-State and intra-State movement of goods - Reg. - GST - States - 03/2018

GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAX, ASSAM KAR BHAWAN, DISPUR, GUWAHATI-6 CIRCULAR No. 03/2018-GST Dated Dispur, the 2nd February, 2018 Subject: Introduction of e-Way Bill system on inter-State and intra-State movement of goods - Reg. No. CT/GST-15/2017/66 . Goods and Services Tax Council has decided to extent the trial phase of generation of e-way bill, both for inter and intra state movement of goods. The date of implementation of Nationwide e-way bill shall be announced in due course. Meanwhile- the existing system of GST Inward Permit and GST Outward Permit for transportation of taxable goods into Assam and to outside Assam. respectively, run from this Commissionerate shall continue in between.
