GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR NO.CCW/GST/74/2017 DATED 2-1-2018 In partial modifications of the proceedings of the undersigned in the reference cited, and exercise powers vested under sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Chief Commissioner of State Tax hereby delegates the power to all the Officers not below the rank of Deputy Assistant Commissioner of State Tax in the Divisions and in the Enforcement Wing of this office to exercise powers enshrined in sub-section (12) of Section 67 and 122(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
