No. VIII/48-20/Sys/Single Window/ 15-16 DATED 02.01.2019 TRADE NOTICE: 03/2019/CCP/JMR Sub: Extension of date for the alternate mechanism to handle certain errors through officer interface : m/r Attention of all the Importers, Customs Brokers and the Members of the Trade are invited to the Board's Circular No-40/2018 dated 24.10.2018 on the above subject- 2. In this connection, the facility to rectify certain IGST validation and process the refund claims through officer interface in ICES has been extended for Shipping Bills filed up to 15.11.2018. However, it has been reiterated in the circular that the exporters shall have to take care to ensure the detail of invoice, such as invoice number, IGST paid etc. under GSTR I and shipping bill match with each other since the same transaction is being reported under GST laws and Customs Act- 3.
