Attention of all Exporters, Custom Brokers and all concerned is invited to this office Public Notice Nos.46/2017 dated 31.10.2017 and 51/2017 dated 22.11.2017 on the above subject. 2. All Exporters who have obtained self sealing permission from the Jurisdictional Commissionerate and AEOs who intend to export through Visakhapatnam port, are required to be registered as exporters operating under self seal procedure in the ICES. Therefore, they are requested to submit their self sealing permission/ AEO certificate to the Superintendent of Customs (EDI) at Custom House, Visakhapatnam for registration in the ICES. 3.
