The above Chartered Engineers/Fellows have to submit half yearly self-appraisal reports, per the prescribed format enclosed to this Public Notice to assess their performance. 5. The professional charges-payable by the Importer shall be ₹ 5,000/- or 0.5% of the assessed value, whichever is higher, subject to a ceiling of RS. 15,000/-. 6. The trade may make use of the services Of the above empanelled Chartered Engineers/Fellows for Customs Valuation of Second Hand Machinery/any other goods. 7. Where the report is prepared by the agency In India, notified by DGFT or the Chartered Engineers empanelled by Custom Houses, the same shall be In Form B annexed to this notice.
