Lakshmi Narasimham, I.A.S. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CCTs Ref.in CCW/GST/74/2015 Dt 06.01.2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services lax Act, 2017 (16 of 2017) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 201 the Chief Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments- i. in notification issued vide Chief Commissioner's proceedings in ref. CCW/GST/74/2015-3, Dt.08.08.2017 (corresponding central Notification (tax) No.21/2017); and ii. in notification issued vide Chief Commissioner s proceedings in Ref. CCW/GST/74/2015-1, Dt. 15-11-2017 (corresponding central Notification (tax) No. 56/2017), namely:- In the said notifications. in the first paragraph in the proviso, for the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to November, 201B and 31 st day of December, 2018 , the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to February, 2019 and 31Stday of March. 2019 shall be respectively substituted.
