All the Importers, Exporters and the Trade are hereby informed that Central Board of Excise Customs vide Circular No 40/2016-CUs dated 26.08.2016 has issued clarification further modifying Boards Circular No.4/2011- cus dated 10.01.2011. 2. The Board has issued comprehensive guidelines prescribing the distance to be maintained between hazardous cargo including explosives and general cargo or administrative building in a Customs area. 3.
