The trade is hereby informed that the division of taxpayers between Central Government and State Government of Puducherry has been done as per the GST Council Circular No. 1 dated 2009.2017/ Member (GST) Letter dated 15/09/2017, in order to ensure single interface under GST, as per Order No. 01/2017 dt. 27.11.2017 of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Central Tax (Tamilnadu Puducherry) and the Commissioner of State tax(Puducherry). The list of the tax payers falling under the jurisdiction of GST and Central Excise Commissionerate, Puducherry, as per this order is placed in the official website: http://www.pondycentralexcise.gov.in. The list is also being sent by e- mail to all the trade bodies. 2. The Trade Industry Associations/ Chamber of Commerce are requested to bring the contents of the Trade Notice to the knowledge of all their Members for information and necessary action. (U.
