The main objective of the Public Grievance Redressal Committee is to examine all complaints of the trade with regard to issues relating to delays caused in decision taking by the officers at all levels, below the rank of Commissioner. 3. The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce Industry is requested to give wide publicity in this regard among the members and request them to sponsor their complaints and grievances, for decision, to the Committee. 4. The first meeting of the Public Grievance Redressal Committee will he held on 30-07-2007 at 11-30 hrs in the chamber of the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Hyderabad-IV Commissionerate at Posnett Bhavan, Tilak Road, Ramkoti, Hyderabad - 500 001.
