GST-Migration of existing Central Excise and Service Tax assessees to GST - GST - Trade Facility No. 15/2018-GST

Attention of the members of trade, Industry and all concerned is invited to the subject matter mentioned above. 2. The Government of India communicated a procedure to apply for Goods and Service Tax Identification Number(GSTIN) for the persons who did not file the complete Form GST REG-26 of the CGST Rules, 2017 but received only a Provisional ID till 31st December,2017 vide Notification No.31/2018-Central Tax dated 6.8.2018. As per Para2(i) of the said Notification, such Tax payers should approach the Jurisdictional nodal officer of the Central Government or State Government on or before 31st August, 2018. 3. A GST Migration Seva Kendra, with the nodal officers as detailed in Table-I mentioned below is functioning in the Head Quarters office of Medchal Commissionerate, Hyderabad.
