Attention of the Importers/ Exporters, Customs Brokers, Custodians, Trade and other stakeholders is invited to this office Public Notice 21/2018 dated 29.03.18 (as amended). 2. The following amendments are made in the Annexure A of the Public Notice 21/2018 dated 29.03.18: a) Point No. 8 under Serial No.4 (Export Commissionerate) of Annexure-A the word Bills of Entry is deleted and the said Point is amended to read as Cases of offence and other matters in respect of goods which have landed into port area/ brought into port area for export/already exported, where Shipping Bills have not been filed b) At Serial No.3 (Preventive Commissionerate) of Annexure-A an additional Point bearing Point No. 14 is added which reads as under; Cases of offence and other matters in respect of goods which have landed into the country by way of import, where Bills of Entry have not been filed 3.
