Attention of the Trade and Custom House Brokers is invited to Board's Circular No. 33/ 2016 Customs Dated 22.07.2016 issued vide file F.No 450/179/ 2009-Cus.IV(Pt) with reference to CBEC Circular No. 42/ 2005 dated 24.11.2005 as amended regarding the ACP scheme and Circular No. 28/2012- Customs dated 16.11.2012 regarding AEO programme. 2. Your attention is also invited to Public Notice No.25/2016 dated 01.08.2016 and Public Notice No.21 / 2016 dated 01.08.2016 issued by the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore in this regard. 3. A Cell to facilitate AEO / ACP Programme is formed, headed by Deputy Commissioner (Technical), C.R. Building, Bangalore Customs Commissionerate, Bangalore for both City and Air Customs Commissionerate, Bangalore and will be assisted by Superintendent (Technical) and Inspector (Technical) to interact with the Trade.
