No. VIII(48)25/CUS/TECH/06/6861-79 A Dated: 07.08.2019 Facility No. 14/2019 Subject: Implementation of Risk Management System (RMS) in Exports and Imports -reg Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers (CB) and members of the trade is invited to this office Facility No. 03/2019 dated 11.02.2019 and Facility No. 04/2019 dated 11.02.2019 by which Risk Management System (RMS) was operationalised at two Customs Stations in the jurisdiction of this Commissionerate. It has now been decided to extend the Risk Management System (RMS) to more customs stations in this Commissionerate, these being Kamardwisa (Rangapani) LCS (INPBLB) and Darranga LCS (INDRGB). Also when the ICES 1.5 becomes operational at Moreh LCS (INMREB), Agartala LCS (INAGTB) in terms of this office Facility No. 13/2019 dated 05.08.19, the Risk Management System (RMS) will also become operational at these locations. The procedures in the ICES after introduction of RMS will be as laid down in Facility No. 03/2019 dated 11.02.2019 and Facility No. 04/2019 dated 11.02.2019. K.
