Attention of the importers, exporters, custom brokers and all other stakeholders is invited to the fact that some Importers/CBs are delaying the clearance of goods by not paying the applicable duty on time and by not registering the goods even after the payment of applicable duty for fully facilitated Bills of Entry (No assessment/No examination prescribed). 2. All Importers and Customs Brokers are requested to clear the fully facilitated Bills of Entry in less than 24 hours time (from arrival of goods in the concerned ICD/CFS). 3. In case of any difficulty being faced by the Importers/CBs in clearance of the goods or to clear any doubt, the following officers may be approached to resolve the issue and obtain the Out of Charge within 24 hours (1) Sh.
