Attention of all the importers, exporters, Custom Brokers and other stakeholders is invited towards Circular No. 26/2019-Customs dated 27.08.2019 by which the Board has extended the rectification facility for all cases covered under Circular No. 40/2018-Customs dated 24.10.2018 to shipping bills filed up to 31.07.2019. In this connection, IGST Refund Drive will be conducted by this Commissionerate from 13.09.2019 to 27.09.2019 in order to liquidate IGST Refund Claims submitted by the exporters. To ensure quick processing and disbursal of refund claims and to aware about correct procedure of claiming IGST Refunds so that repeated errors are avoided/ minimised, a fortnight dedicated to issues regarding IGST Refunds from 13.09.2019 10 27.09.2019 is 10 be conducted at every Port of this Commissionerate i.e. Customs Commissionerate (Preventive), Jodhpur. All the importers, exporters, custom brokers and other stakeholders are encouraged to participate and take advantage of the same and to aware about correct procedure of claiming IGST Refunds so that repeated errors are avoided/ minimised.
