Attention to the Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and all other stakeholders is invited to the ICES Advisory No. 04/2023 issued by Directorate General of Systems and Data Management, ICES, related to IGCR, Imports. Reference is also invited to ICES Advisory No 02/2022 dated 28.02.2022 and ICEGATE Advisory regarding implementation of Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty Rules (IGCR), 2017, as amended, in System. 2. In this regard, it is informed that IGCR Intimation Number (i.e. IIN) generated in the Financial Year 2022-23 or before will be valid up to 31 st March, 2023. Further, the option to generate IINs for the next FY will be available at ICEGATE portal shortly. Therefore, the fresh IIN: may be generated for the FY 2023-24 at ICEGATE portal in order to utilize the same in the Bill ofEntry filed from 1 st April, 2023. 3.
