In order to the address the situation mentioned above and as a measure of trade facilitation, it has been decided that late fees imposed is hereby waived off in respect of Bill of Entry, filed belatedly, which pertains for the Vessels Entry Inward on 18.12.2022 19.12.2022 3. This Public Notice shall be considered as a Standing order for the purpose of officers and staff of the Department. 4. Difficulties faced, if any, may be brought to the notice of Deputy Commissioner of Customs(Appraising Main), Chennai-II(Import) for necessary action.
