HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT CFMS No. 3520/2023 ORDER NO. 03/2023/GST-II Dated the. 13-12-2023 In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Sub-section (1) of section 5 read with clause (91) of section 2 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (19 of 2017), I, Ashok Kumar Meena, Commissioner of State Tax hereby make the following amendments in the Order issued vide No. 2832/GST-II, dated the 08.12.2017, namely:- Amendment In the Order issued vide No. 2832/GST-II, dated the 08.12.2017, in the Schedule,- (i) against Serial Number 1, under column (3), after the words Assistant Excise Taxation Officer of State Tax , the sign and words ,Taxation Inspector shall be added; (ii) against Serial Number 2, under column (3), after the words Assistant Excise Taxation Officer of State Tax the sign and words ,Taxation Inspector shall be added; (iii) against Serial Number 3, under column (3), after the words Assistant Excise Taxation Officer of State Tax , the sign and words ,Taxation Inspector shall be added; (iv) against Serial Number 4, under column (3), after the words Assistant Excise Taxation Officer of State Tax , the sign and words ,Taxation Inspector shall be added; (v) against Serial Number 5, under column (3), after the words Assistant Excise Taxation Officer of State Tax , the sign and words ,Taxation Inspector shall be added; (vi) against Serial Number 6, under column (3), after the words Deputy Commissioner of State Tax the sign and words Excise and Taxation Officer of State Tax, Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer of State Tax, Taxation Inspector shall be added; (vii) against Serial Number 57, under column (2), the words, figures and sign 'Rule 23, shall be omitted; (viii) against Serial Number 58, under column (2), the word, figures and sign 'Rule 6, 16, 17, shall be omitted; (ix) after Serial Number 58, the following Serial Number and entries there against shall be inserted, namely:- 58A Rule 6, 16, 17, 21A, 23 Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Excise and Taxation Officer of State Tax, Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer of Stale Tax, Taxation Inspector. ; (x) against Serial Number 60, under column (3), after the words Assistant Excise Taxation Officer of State Tax , the sign and words Taxation Inspector shall be added; ASHOK KUMAR MEENA Commissioner of State Tax Haryana
