ESTATE, NEW DELHI Dated : 09/01/07 Number of complaints have been received that the dealers are not getting the Central forms in advance, as in other States and they can not able to make Central purchases without giving the forms in advance. In this regard, a circular No. 41 was issued in the month of December 2005 wherein provisions were made for issuance of forms in advance. The circular is once again enclosed for clarification and should be followed by all the VATOs and AVATOs.
