As per legal glossary issued by the legislative department - del credere agent : a mercantile agent who, in consideration of the payment of an extra remuneration, undertakes to be answerable to the principal for the due performance of the contracts made by him on his behalf. factor : one who acts for another ; an agent entrusted with the possession of goods for the purpose of sale; something (as an element, circumstance or influence) that contributes for the production to a result.
