Notifies "The bhagavatula Charitable Trust, Visakhapatnam (A. P.)" u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1771 DATED 29-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( iv ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies "The bhagavatula Charitable Trust, Visakhapatnam (A. P.)" for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years1984-85 to 1988-89. [No. 7812/F. No. 197/227/87-IT(A1)]
