[To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section- (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 27 Feb 2014 S.O. (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1 st day of April , 2014 as the date on which the provisions of section 135 and schedule VII of the said Act shall come into force.
