Amendment to the Notification Number S.O.1548(E) Dated 14th September, 2007 - S.O.1696 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 03/10/2008 S.O.1696(E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1548(E), dated 14th September, 2007, namely:- In the said notification, the word 'Phase-III' may be replaced as 'Phase-II'.
