MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24 March, 2008 S. O. 684 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby amends the notification number S.O. 1245(E) dated the 26th July, 2007 , constituting the Approval Committee for the information technology/ information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Focal Point Industrial Area, Phase VIII-Extension, District Mohali, Punjab developed by M/s. Quarkcity India Private Limited, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) in paragraph 1 for serial number (1) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- 1.
