To set up a Multi-Product Special Economic Zone at Jamnagar in the state of Gujarat - S.O. 2295 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th July, 2013 S.O. 2295 (E).- WHEREAS, M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd, a private company, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Multi-Product Special Economic Zone at Jamnagar in the state of Gujarat; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone rules 2006 , had notified the areas of 440.08 hectares, 784.02 hectares and 540.0372 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S.O.568 (E) dated 19th April, 2006 , S.O 873 (E) dated 4 th June, 2007and S.O 1478 (E) dated 29th August, 2007 respectively; AND, WHEREAS,. M/s.
