MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st June, 2013 S.O. 2129(E).- WHEREAS, M/s. Dr. Fresh Health Care Pvt. Ltd. had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 23.429 hectares vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S. O. 593(E) dated 17th April, 2007 , de notified an area of 1.378 hectares vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 2793(E) dated 14th December, 2011 and notified additional areas of 3.2829 hectares and 0.382 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O 3079 (E) dated 31st December, 2010 and S.O 749 (E) dated 30th March, 2013 respectively, as Special Economic Zone with a total notified area of 25.716 hectares . AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Dr. Fresh Health Care Pvt.
