Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - M/s Bosch Limited, Hosur Road, Adugodi, Bangalore (Karnataka)-560030 - 92/2014 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, 26 th September, 2014 S.O. 2525 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai; (ii) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Import and General Commissionerate, New Custom House, New Delhi; (iii) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Airport and Air Cargo) Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai; (iv) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, C.R. Building, Queen s Road, P.B.No.5400, Bangalore, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Bosch Limited, Hosur Road, Adugodi, Bangalore (Karnataka)-560030 and others issued vide DRI F.No.50D/57/2011-CI/1472 to 1477, dated the 12th May, 2014 and corrigendum issued vide DRI F.No.50 D/57/2011-CI/2034 to 2039, dated the 8th July, 2014 issued by the Additional Director (CI), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
