Seeks to amend Notification No.78/2014-Customs( N.T.), dated 16.09.2014 - 103/2014 - Customs - Non Tariff

[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue Notification No. 103/2014 - Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 07 th November, 2014 G.S.R. 777(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance No.78/2014- Customs (N.T.), dated the 16th September, 2014, published vide number G.S.R. 655 (E), dated the 16th September, 2014 , namely:- In the Table to the said notification,- (i) against serial number 1, in column (2), the words and the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh shall be omitted; (ii) against serial number 14, in column (2), in item (i), after the word Jalpaiguri , the word Alipurduar shall be inserted; (iii) against serial number 32, in column (2), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- The Districts of Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr and the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh. .
