Amends Notification No. 64/94-Customs(N.T.)dated 21.11.1994 - 23/2015 - Customs - Non Tariff

[TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART-II, SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii) OF THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY] Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue (Central Board of Excise and Customs) Notification No. 23/2015-Customs (N.T) New Delhi, the 16th February, 2015 27 Magha, 1936 (SAKA) S.O. 525 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub - section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, published vide number S.O. 830 (E) dated the 21st November, 2014, namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 6 relating to Land Frontier of Nepal, in columns (3) and (4), after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (25)Pipraun, District Madhubani, Bihar (a) Road connecting Pipraun, District Madhubani, Bihar in India and Jatahi in Nepal.
