MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28 th February, 2012 S.O. 341(E).- Whereas, M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act:, 2005 (28 of2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for engineering and related industries (formerly, light engineering including automotive/ automotive components) at villages Kalwara, Bhamboriya, Bagru Khurd and Jhai, Tehsil Sanganer, District Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified the area of 103.1775 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number S.O. 37(E) dated 6th January, 2009; And, whereas, M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited has now proposed to include an area of 119.4955 hectares to above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 27th December, 2011; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an area of 119.4955 hectares as part of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 222.6730 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely :- Table for Additional Area Sl.
