Regarding Inauguration of border haat at Kamalasagar Tripura by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India - 50/2015 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, the 3 rd June, 2015 13 Jyaistha, 1937 (SAKA) S.O. 1462(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.63/1994-CUSTOMS (NT) dated the 21st November, 1994, published vide number S.O.830(E), dated the 21st November, 1994 , namely:- In the said notification,- (i) in the opening paragraph, in the fourth proviso, for the words Balat, Kalaichar, and Srinagar , the words Balat, Kalaichar, Srinagar and Kamalasagar shall be substituted; (ii) in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to the land frontier of Bangladesh, in columns (3) and (4), after the existing entries relating to (55), the following entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (56) Kamalasagar (Tripura) Kamalasagar (District Sephaijala, Tripura), Border Pillar No. 2039 .
