De-reservation of SSI items - S.O. 998(E).- - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th April, 2015 S.O. 998(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 2913 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government after considering the recommendations made to it by the Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) number S.O. 477(E) dated the 25th July, 1991, namely:- In the said notification, in Schedule III relating to the List of Items Reserved for Exclusive Manufacture in Small Scale Sector', serial numbers 3, 7, 11, 13, 47, 79, 253, 308, 313, 314, 319, 335, 364, 394, 402, 404, 409, 428, 447-A and 474 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 2.
