MINISTRY OF FINANCE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th August, 2015 S.O. 2362(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Sections 131 and 133 of the Finance Act, 2015 (20 of 2015) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th day of September, 2015 as the date on which the provisions of Part I (excluding Section 132 ) and Part II of Chapter VIII of the said Act shall come into force.
