NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of  section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), read with rule 47 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints  Sub Divisional Magistrates of Revenue Department , Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi as Value Added Tax Authorities to assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the administration of the said Act.
