Dated the 24 th November, 2015 S.O. 3166(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and Sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III), Air Cargo Complex (Import), Mumbai Zone III, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400099; (ii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex (Import), New Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037; (iii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (VII), Air Cargo Complex, Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai-600027; (iv) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Airport and Air Cargo Complex, C.R. Building, Queen s Road, P.B. No. 5400, Bengaluru-560001, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Bharti Airtel Ltd., 7th floor, Interface-7, New Link Road, Malad (West), Mumbai-400064, issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/MZU/B/ENQ-5(INT-NIL)/2014, dated the 5th January, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
