Appoints the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva - 122/2015 - Customs - Non Tariff

Dated the 24 th November, 2015 S.O. 3171(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and Sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the following - (i) the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal Uran, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra-400707; (ii) the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs(IV), Air Cargo Complex-Export, Sahar, Andheri(East), Mumbai-400099, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Jindal Saw Ltd., Jindal Centre, 12, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066 issued vide Show Cause Notice number.
