Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) — Custodianship at CFS, Bengaluru extended - 01/2014 - Customs - Non Tariff

Dated 31-10-2014 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in partial modification of Notification No. 04/2012, dated 31 st October, 2012, I, SANDEEP PRAKASH, Commissioner of Customs, Bengaluru City, Bengaluru do hereby renew the custodianship in respect of the Container Freight Station granted to M/s. Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) , for the purpose of unloading of imported cargo and loading of export cargo brought at the said premises till they are either cleared for home consumption or exported or warehoused or transshipped subject to the provisions of the said Act and the conditions laid down under the said Notification, for a further period of 5 years i.e. till 31-10-2019.
