Officers of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, wherever posted, entrusted with specified functions of Officers of Customs - 194/84 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 194/84 Dated 06/07/1984 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby entrusts to the officers of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police mentioned in column (2) of the Table below, wherever posted, the functions of an Officer of Customs specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table and directs that each such officer shall exercise the functions of an Officer of Customs with in the local limits of his jurisdiction.
