Notification No. 77 Dated 19-05-1973 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, in the late Central Board of Revenue No. 42-Customs, dated the 7 th May, 1960 the Central Government hereby appoints the following places, situated in the State of Andhra Pradesh, to be ports for the shipment and loading of goods namely: Visakhapatnam. Kakinada. Masulipatnam.
