Central Government authorises Preventive Officers, Grade I and Inspectors of Central Excise - 140 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 140 Dated 04/10/1969 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 106 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby authorises Preventive Officers, Grade I and Inspectors of Central Excise appointed for any area adjoining the Land frontier or the coast of India to exercise the powers under the said sub-section.
