Amendments in Notification No. S.O.879 (E) dated 30-11-92 - S.O. 731 (E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Direct Taxes NOTIFICATION No. 9382 Now Delhi, the 29 th September, 1993 S.O. 731 (E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of the explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax, Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government, on the recommendation of the National Committee hereby amends notification No. S.O.879 (E) dated 30-11-92 as follows, namely : In paragraph 2 of the aforesaid notification, at the end, for the words and figures assessment year 1993-94 the words and figures Assessment years 1993-94, 1994-95 and 1995-96 shall be substituted. At the end of paragraph 2, the following annexure shall be added :- ANNEXURE 1. Construction of school buildings to be constructed in the following 21 villages.- Sl. No. Name of the village 1.
