De-notification of certain area from the Multi Product Special Economic Zone at Indore, Madhya Pradesh; - S.O. 1700(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th April, 2016 S.O.1700(E). - Whereas, M/s. Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas (Indore) Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up Multi Product Special Economic Zone at Village- Akolia, Bardari, Kali-Billod, Jamodi, Kehda, District-Indore, in the State of Madhya Pradesh; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 1113.72 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S.O.1981 (E) dated 16th November, 2006 ; And, whereas, M/s.
